Medical support

Victim registration, tracking and tracing

How it works: victims are registered at the incident site, using standard mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets by emergency responders. This allows for a quick overview of the situation. Each victim receives a wristband  containing multiple stickers with a unique QR code which serves as their personal identification number throughout the entire process.

Key information such as the victim’s name, physical condition and any other relevant identification details can be added at a later, more suitable moment. For example in the advanced medical post.

At the moment of scanning the QR code and generating a victim profile, an individual patient file is automatically generated, containing all relevant data from the moment of registration through treatment.

BPREPARED continuously tracks the victim’s location from the incident area through mobile and advanced medical posts or reception centres and even during transport to the hospital. This enables real-time updates on the victim’s movement and current location, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient care throughout the process. The command centre can view this information in real-time in the dashboard.
